About the Jobs

1. Processed Meats Production:

Involves tasks related to meat processing, including producing sausages, hams, carpaccio and more.

Tasks:
Adding raw meat and spices to mixing machines.
Grilling, wrapping and packaging products.
Cleaning machines and workspaces post-production.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM (variable hours, occasional weekends).

2. Processed Meats: Slicing and Packaging

Focuses on slicing and packaging meats, including ham and carpaccio.

Tasks: Operating slicing machines.
Conducting quality checks (e.g., packaging, date and meat color).
Adjusting and operating labeling printers, attaching labels.
Packing, palletizing and maintaining cleanliness.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM. Overtime and weekend work are common.

3. Salad Mixing Department

Handles preparing salads based on specific orders.

Tasks: Operating mixing machines.
Unpacking and gathering required ingredients (using wheeled carts).
Loading mixing machines using special lifts.
Transporting finished products to cold storage.
Cleaning machines and workspaces post-production.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM. Overtime and weekend work are optional.

4. Salad Production

Dedicated to producing salads, hummus, tapas and dips.

Tasks: Operating machines to fill containers with products.
Conducting quality checks (e.g., labels, dates, packaging).
Packing products into boxes/crates, palletizing and transporting using EPTs.
Cleaning workspaces post-production.

Job offer requirements:

Availability to work for at least 3- 6 months.
Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
Employees in food production must NOT wear artificial eyelashes, nail polish, gel / acrylic nails, jewelry, or visible piercings. Fingernails must be kept short, clean, and well-groomed.
Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
