About the Jobs
1. Flower Harvesting:
In summer and autumn, workers focus on harvesting flowers, such as peonies, which are picked from the fields from May to July. This involves manually picking flowers, sorting them and preparing them for transport.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 17:00 PM
2. Bulb peeling:
During winter, the main task is peeling flower bulbs. Workers clean the bulbs by removing their outer layers to prepare them for further cultivation or sale.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
3. Field work:
Beyond harvesting, field work may include tasks such as planting bulbs, weeding, watering and caring for plants at various growth stages.
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 AM – 17:00 PM.
Job offer requirements:
- Availability to work for at least 3 months.
- Motivation to work: Overtime and Saturday work may be required during busy periods. During quieter periods, willingness to work for other clients is expected.
- Couples and friends are not guaranteed to work in the same department or shift. Work schedules are assigned individually.
- Candidates who start from September onwards are expected to work during the Christmas and New Year period.
- No contraindications to working in temperatures between 15°C and 27°C.
